✈️ क्या हमारी उड़ानें अब सुरक्षित हैं? एक बड़ा सवाल
🔹 पिछले कुछ महीनों की घटनाएँ देखें:

28 जनवरी 2026 को चार्टर प्लेन की दुर्घटना में देश के कद्दावर नेता अजीत पवार जी का देहांत हो गया।

23 फरवरी 2026 झारखंड में एयर एंबुलेंस का दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हुआ जिसमें मरीज सहित कई लोगों की दुखद मृत्यु हो गई।

23 अक्टूबर 2025 को फिर एक बार स्पाइसजेट की फ्लाइट SG-494
दिल्ली से पटना जा रही थी, लेकिन तकनीकी खराबी के कारण

19 अक्टूबर 2025: एयर इंडिया फ्लाइट AI-138 (मिलान–दिल्ली) — उड़ान रद्द, तकनीकी खराबी।

11 अक्टूबर 2025: इंडिगो फ्लाइट (मदुरई–चेन्नई) — तकनीकी खराबी से आपात लैंडिंग।

8 अक्टूबर 2025: इंडिगो फ्लाइट (नागपुर–अहमदाबाद) — तकनीकी खराबी, नागपुर में इमरजेंसी लैंडिंग।

4 अक्टूबर 2025: एयर इंडिया फ्लाइट AI-171 (बर्मिंघम) — उड़ान के दौरान RAT (आपात यंत्र) अपने आप डिप्लॉय हो गया।

15 सितंबर 2025: एयर इंडिया एक्सप्रेस (जयपुर–दुबई) में तकनीकी खराबी।
उसी दिन इंडिगो फ्लाइट 6E-5282 (पुणे–जयपुर) भी उड़ान नहीं भर सकी।

स्पाइसजेट की घटना जिसमें विमान का पहिया (wheel) उड़ान के दौरान निकलकर गिर गया था। 🛞 इसका वीडियो बहुत वायरल हुआ था लोग देख ही चुके होंगे।

और कौन भूल सकता है अहमदाबाद की दर्दनाक दुर्घटना,
जिसमें विमान हादसे में दर्जनों यात्रियों की जान चली गई थी।

⚠️ अब ज़रा हालिया घटनाओं पर भी नज़र डालें:
12 जून 2025: Air India फ्लाइट AI-171 (अहमदाबाद → लंदन) — बोइंग 787-8 विमान टेकऑफ के तुरंत बाद क्रैश हुआ, 240+ लोगों की मौत।

18 जून 2025: IndiGo फ्लाइट 6E-6313 (रायपुर) — लैंडिंग के बाद तकनीकी गड़बड़ी से यात्री 40 मिनट तक विमान में फँसे रहे।

23 जून 2025: IndiGo फ्लाइट 6E-146 (चंडीगढ़ → लखनऊ) — प्री-फ्लाइट चेक में तकनीकी खराबी, 177 यात्रियों को उतारा गया।

जुलाई 2025: DGCA की रिपोर्ट — भारतीय एयरलाइंस में 263 सुरक्षा-सम्बंधित लापरवाहियाँ मिलीं।

2020–2025: DGCA डेटा — पिछले पाँच सालों में 65 इंजन फेलियर और 11 “mayday” कॉल्स दर्ज!

2025 के मध्य तक: देशभर में कुल 183 तकनीकी दोषों (Technical Faults) की रिपोर्ट सिर्फ इसी साल में दर्ज की गई।

⚙️ “तकनीकी खराबी” आखिर बार-बार क्यों होती है?
असल में यह शब्द छुपाता है असली सच्चाई —
👉 खराब रखरखाव (Maintenance)
👉 अनुभवहीन या अनस्किल्ड कर्मचारी (Untrained manpower)

विमान की सुरक्षा दो चीजों पर निर्भर करती है:
1. कलपुर्जे (Parts)
2. और जो लोग रखरखाव करते हैं (Maintenance staff)

अब सवाल यह है?
क्या पार्ट्स खराब हैं?
या फिर जो लोग मेंटेनेंस कर रहे हैं वे सक्षम नहीं हैं?

💰 पैसे बचाने की होड़ में सुरक्षा कुर्बान!
आज ज्यादातर एयरलाइंस और MRO कंपनियाँ कम खर्च में ज़्यादा काम करवाने की नीति पर चल रही हैं।
जहां Unskilled और Untrained लोगों से
विमान की मरम्मत, रखरखाव, MAINTENANCE करवाई जा रही है।

उदाहरण के तौर पर —
AI Engineering Services Limited (AIESL)
जो भारत सरकार की कंपनी है और देश की सबसे बड़ी MRO दवा करती है,
वह भी ठेकेदारों के ज़रिए कम वेतन पर संविदा कर्मियों मात्र 15000 से 20000 में काम करवा रही है। वर्तमान में Aiesl मुंबई में ( @reliancegroup )रिलायंस का एयरक्राफ्ट VT -IAH पर हेल्पर और UNSKILED लोगों से काम करवाया जा रहा है , क्योंकि इस कंपनी के इंजीनियरिंग कर्मचारी विरोध प्रदर्शन पर है ।
AIESL का एक उदाहरण है कमोबेश इस देश के सभी एयरलाइंस और MRO का यही स्थिति है। पैसे की पूरी बचत और फायदा कंपनियां केवल इंजीनियरिंग स्टाफ से करना चाहती है और करती भी है।

जब लोग बाइक और कार रिपेयरिंग करवाते हैं तो अच्छे मैकेनिक ढूंढते हैं अब जब अच्छा काम करने वाला होगा तो पैसा तो अच्छा लगेगा। लेकिन यह एयरलाइंस और MRO चंद पैसों के लिए विमान के MAINTENACE साथ खिलवाड़ कर रहा है

🏛️ सरकार और DGCA क्या कर रही हैं?
नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय @MoCA_GoI और नागरिक उड्डयन महानिदेशालय @DGCAIndia
सिर्फ मूकदर्शक बनकर तमाशा देख रहे हैं।
शायद किसी नए अहमदाबाद जैसी त्रासदी का इंतज़ार है.

🚨 अब सवाल यह है:
कब तक यात्रियों की जान को “तकनीकी खराबी” कहकर टाला जाएगा?
कब तक अनुभवहीन हाथों से विमान ठीक करवाए जाएंगे?
कब तक सरकारें चुप रहेंगी?

✊ सुरक्षा से समझौता नहीं — यह सिर्फ उड़ान नहीं, ज़िंदगी का सवाल है!

AIESL Nagpur MRO Employees Protest Against New NOC Policy✈️

Employees at the Air India Engineering Services Limited (AIESL) Nagpur Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility staged a sit-in protest outside the General Manager’s office, opposing a new internal policy that mandates a No Objection Certificate (NOC) before staff can apply for jobs at other companies.

The facility supports operations of @airindia (AI) and other carriers at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport, Nagpur (NAG).

The intense stress currently felt across the management ranks is a direct consequence of their own bad-faith tactics. We do not fear termination or "strict actions." Those threats lost their power the moment you stripped us of our dignity. This movement stops only when our standards are met.

अब इस लड़ाई का दायरा बदल चुका है। हम अब सिर्फ दस्तावेजों के लिए नहीं, बल्कि अपने भविष्य के लिए लड़ रहे हैं। हमारी दीर्घकालिक मांगें अब मेज पर हैं: इस्तीफे का पूर्ण अधिकार, वेतन और DA में तत्काल संशोधन, नए श्रम कोड (New Labour Code) को लागू करना, और एक पारदर्शी पदोन्नति नीति। यह असहयोग आंदोलन कंपनी की आर्थिक स्थिति पर भारी चोट कर रहा है, और ऐसा लगता है कि यह प्रबंधन सिर्फ घाटे की भाषा ही समझता है। अब हम "सद्भावना" या खोखले भरोसे पर काम शुरू नहीं करेंगे—हम काम पर तभी लौटेंगे जब हमें वह मिल जाएगा जिसके हम हकदार हैं और जिसे हमने कमाया है।
