@premierinn i'm in your York hotel. Its disgusting. The toilets are a disgrace, the bar is filthy. Your staff are unkempt. Ive paid for prem+. The TV stuck on bbc. We use your hotels often and are always praising. Im in your loughborough tomorrow. Im raging.

@premierinn shocking service at the Penzance hotel. Also asked to use the toilet told guests only, thanks Martin. The only place in the whole of penzance i was not allowed to use the toilet!!!!!!

@premierinn Uttoxeter hotel ... no draught beer and limited bottles... not very "Social" is it? If this is the way forward, time to use other hotels. Add in staff attitude really poor

@premierinn Why does the manage booking section of your app and website not work? When I want to amend a booking it doesn't work. Tried using mobile phone, app, tablet and PC using Chrome and Microsoft Edge to get no luck
