@omdara What I often find helps is simply getting some writing done. Once you look at a small success, it's encouraging to continue. So set achievable targets, such as writing one paragraph in the introduction, formulating your arguments clearly, write 250 words in the analysis etc.
You can inspire a person to change.
You can educate a person towards change.
You can support someone in their change.
But you can never *make* a person change.
