I have been going through the same since 7th Apr. And worst of all, this is the condition of their grievance teams!

@imanishag @HDFCERGOGIC I agree with you! They aren’t even responding even after calls and emails now also. And I am talking to their grievance team, I can’t imagine how irresponsible their customer care team can be if this is the condition for their @HDFCERGOGIC grievance team!!

It’s been 15 days @HDFCERGOGIC seem to be the most disinterested in the renewal of my policy despite submission of all documents and multiple emails/ calls. Someone please suggest some good insurance companies where I can port this policy?
