I am not opposed to paying for Twitter, or more likely a Twitter-like service at this point, but a meaningless checkmark on tweets as the flagship feature is laughable
What an absolute clown show 🤡 so the blue checkmark on tweets from @Twitter now means Twitter paid Twitter $8 and the verification that it’s the actual official account is buried on the profile page
