Yo @Uber_Support @Uber_India you’ve gotta train your drivers on an urgent basis. Not only do they not know how drive, or navigate the gps, they are rude and refuse basics like turning on the a/c in mumbai heat. I am unwell and waited for over 10 mins

@Uber_India Oh he hung up on my call also because why should he move if he saw me already! I’m just appalled at this behaviour. He’s gone ahead and told me to not book with @Uber_India if I have a problem with him.

The @Uber_India services are getting worse by the day.standing exactly 1 building away I called the uber driver to pick me up from there because I had heavy things,but he refused& actually told me to fuck off because he’s not getting enough from the ride to move from,the location
