@garymurphy’s #openaccess article is about Robert's role as the founding head and quietly charismatic institution builder @LawgovDCU.

@clift_ben concentrates on Robert’s work as an ambitious, indefatigable, and generous editor in French politics and other areas.

@Ej_Europe's insightful piece recounts the experience of co-authoring with Robert – a systematic, original, and impatient thinker.

Antoine Auberger evaluates Robert's work on Central Banking.
(Robert would have been delighted with praise from a mathematician and economist.)

@EtainTannam has written a touching and funny #openaccess piece focusing especially on Robert Elgie’s time as a PhD student at @LSEGovernment.

My #openaccess contribution argues that his leadership duology lights the way to a moderate, but rigorous, meta-paradigmatic study of politics.

French Politics has published a roundtable mixing personal, intellectual, and professional perspectives on the career of Robert Elgie, MRIA, late Paddy Moriarty Professor of Government and International Studies @LawGovDCU.
A thread to introduce each fascinating contribution:
#FrenchPolitics is publishing a roundtable on the life and work of our founding editor, the late @robertelgie. Our deputy editor @PhilippKoeker has contributed an essay about Robert's contributions to #politicalscience in the field of academic blogging https://t.co/xYpnQTz7h2
We thank the editors for the outstanding work of the @prespow. Our gratitude to Elgie, who has engaged in this effort to create not only a channel for us to share our work, but also a true community of scholars on presidential power. (+)
The 1st blog post I ever wrote was for @prespow. I remember the excitement to receive Robert Elgie’s invite to write about Romania’s govs. Soon after, the Economist Intelligence Unit gave me a job after reading those posts. I am sorry to see this great network drawing to a close.
Sad news about the coming to an end of the @prespow blog, to which I have been a contributor for the past four years, writing about Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru. I really enjoyed the experience and the blog has some great work that hopefully will remain available.
