@SouthwestAir needs more captains. There is now way I’ve been in this airport for this long. It’s bad enough that I had a layover/delay for 4 plus hours, my flight was scheduled to leave at 9:05 and it’s 9:40pm and we still haven’t boarded the plane because there’s no captain. 😠
