@Bojangles your manager told me to come back for a replacement meal and surprise the door is locked and your AI ordering system doesn’t allow meal replacements. Of course there’s no way to get a district manager.
PPP Loans were forgiven because rich people benefitted from them.
Student loans will not be forgiven because rich people don’t have any of those.
Any questions?
@usedgov@FAFSA No you can’t. You all will not let people make payments. Won’t let people change plans. Can’t remove forbearance. Therefore, forcing people to remain well beyond their repayment period. This is ridiculous. Bring back repaye and leave well enough alone.
@KamalaHarris@KamalaHarris can you get the department of education to do something about our student loans? Some of us can’t handle the anxiety of unknown when we were close to payoff
@Usher@Usher@Ticketmaster It is absolutely insane that you are moving this Saturday concert to a Thursday 12 days before Christmas and refuse to refund your fans who can’t make that date. So unprofessional and inconsiderate. There are state laws that require a refund option.
@JoeBiden@KamalaHarris please ensure whatever you all are sending about student loans Wednesday doesn’t make any of our situations worse. Many of us are angry about this forced forbearance and stalling our processing requests. Meanwhile, none of this time counts for anything.
@usedgov you all are ruining my student loans. Forcing me into a pause and not permitting me change my payment plan and resume payments is UNACCEPTABLE. This significantly extends my loan when I was 83 days away from being done. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!
@lumosfiber @prmischler This is an insufficient response. You clearly have internet and have been able to work and carry on with your life today while the rest of us have had to deal with your terrible customer service, archaic technology, and wait without any feedback on when this will be resolved.
@lumosfiber @Chuck39485777 It is has been all day and you all have the audacity to offer me a $2 credit for my inconvenience. Your service sucks and these “outages” are happening too frequently and take too long to repair.
The average amount of debt forgiveness to businesses receiving PPP loans: $95,700. If we could afford to cancel hundreds of billions in PPP loans to business owners in their time of need, please do not tell me we can't afford to cancel all student debt for 45 million Americans.
