@smartcashpsb Smartcash doesn't make payment a breeze, it's more than 5 working days, I made a transfer from my GtB to smartcash account, it wasn't credited and the money wasn't reversed till now, sent mails, nothing, tried calling still nothing, how do i get my money back?

I am someone who is very careful when it comes to buying online unfortunately you can never be too careful, i fell victim, saw a page on instagram they had lovely shoes, my sister ( Jennifer) and i made some orders and boom we made payment and was told i will get them on monday,

I waited patiently no one called for delivery and i sent a message asking them what happend and i realised i was blocked because the page no longer existed, why am i putting this out here, so some one else won't fall victim again, i made some screen shots before i was blocked,
