There was a time I had almost nothing left in my account.

I remember checking my balance twice because I genuinely thought I was looking at it wrong. 😭

I had plans for the week, bills to sort out, things I wanted to do… and suddenly I was calculating whether I could survive until the next money came in.

That night I just sat there thinking:

“Damn. So this is adulthood?”

Nothing dramatic happened after that.

I just figured it out.

Cut some things down. Made do with what I had. Kept moving.

Looking back now, it’s funny.

But at the time?
