@RealtorsVeteran @TheSiteSupply@nikestore@uncle_chrissy Customer Service agents get way too much latitude these days. Seems like they know nothing will happen to them either when they’re doing stuff like this. @nikestore
@SouthwestAir why cant customers send a reply email? Long gone are the days of a customer centric company. I was issued a voucher instead of a flight credit, which means now I’m losing money since I would have to pay taxes and fees (again) on the voucher.
@TheSiteSupply At least some people got offered a discount code. @Nike@nikestore straight up cancelled my order and then lied to me about not offering any discounts for future orders 😂.
@nikestore is there a known system issue going on? I can’t view or process any returns on the iOS app or web browser… super frustrating and inconvenient
@BestBuySupport That doesn’t answer my question about what assistance will look like? If I’m going to commit more of my time then I want assurances. Because from my experience thus far and what I see on message boards, it looks like hit or miss on customers getting help.
Yesterday I got hung up on by a customer rep, then told by another that an item I bought was sold out and I’d be receiving a cancellation (even offering to cancel for me), and today I just received tracking for the same item. What is going on @BestBuy? How is this so hard?
@BestBuySupport And I asked what that assistance will look like. Fair question in light of what I just described happened yesterday, wouldn’t you agree?
@BestBuySupport Unless we’re talking compensation for my wasted time and/or reviewing calls to hold these customer service reps accountable, then why would I further throw good money after bad?
