Congratulations to Nozipho Pride Mamba on being selected as a 2026 Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow!
Nozipho will undertake her fellowship at Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, where she will pursue advanced professional development in Strategic Communication, while joining a global network of emerging leaders committed to public service.
Drawing on more than 15 years of experience with the Royal Eswatini Police Service, Nozipho has dedicated her career to strengthening the relationship between law enforcement, government, the media and the public. Her work in police communication, crisis communication, media relations and public engagement has supported policing objectives that reinforce operational effectiveness within her organization.
Armed with a Master's degree in Communication Management and serving as a lecturer in the Diploma in Police Science program at Matsapha Police Academy, Nozipho is committed to advancing communication as a strategic pillar of good governance. Her Humphrey Fellowship will support her vision of strengthening strategic communication across policing and government to better serve the people of Eswatini. She is keen on exploring how communication can be leveraged as a governance mechanism to advance ethical leadership, reinforce accountability, cultivate public trust and modernize citizen engagement across policing and government institutions in Eswatini.
We congratulate Nozipho on this outstanding achievement and wish her every success as she embarks on this exciting professional journey.
