@ItsJuliansRum We just told the doctors at birth that we are working with our kids primary doctor to handle the vax schedule after birth. Worked very well, gotta be stern with your word. We have a naturopathic pediatrician who educated us on both sides pros and cons. Ended up not getting any.
Eating sugars in their natural form (fruits, honey, maple, etc) is much different than sugar that is taken out of its natural state and altered
Things altered and processed will provide a much different reaction than those in their natural state
Pro tip: Plunging in oceans, rivers and lakes has extra benefits from the grounding properties

Most importantly, If you’re trying to get gains, do not cold plunge after your workout
This will reduce the inflammation used to generate bigger/stronger muscles
So plunge in the morning and work out in the afternoon or vice versa.
