@Hermesparcels the women in the shop had that many parcels, people were being very nasty to her as the parcels hadn't been collected! Very poor customer service, and my parcels are still waiting to be collected!

@Hermesparcels why is it so impossible to talk to someone. Since Friday I have had a parcel waiting to be collected! I went in with 3 more parcels to my local drop of point and the poor women was receiving abuse. Parcels not collected in a week! Now I'm getting asked for refunds
