@grandpalladiunH Iam not able to DM however I have sent numerous emails . Essentially it has been posted to wrong address , I have the tracking Id but Royal Mail wants to know the address that was posted to . No one is sending me the address that receptionist posted .

@grand_palladium we enjoyed our stay, however we have been messaging constantly with no response as we had left an item in the room. The hotel has confirmed they have it but not responding how they will send it back. I have volunteered to pay for and keen to retrieve it . Kindly respond .

@grand_palladium Hello I have tried all means to contact your hotel, We have left our daughter’s soft toy which you confirmed that you have it . We have emailed recpcion many times with no response . Please can you confirm if you have posted it or not ? Can you tell us how we can collect it?

Very sad case of devastating neonatal Necrotizing Fasciitis.
