@Daul53262487 @_24_kg Если вы серьезное спрашиваете, то пропроционально к-ву населения - нет репрезентативности в гос. учреждениях. Это подтвердится и анекдотическими доказательствами, если вы просто сходите в любое учреждение на юге. Ну и у нац. стата должны быть данные на этот счет…
