The lady on the phone said there was nothing that she could do. When I asked for the manager she said there was no one there but her. I said pass me to another colleague to which she said, put the phone down and call back up and you’ll be put through to someone else?? @easyJet

When speaking to @easyJet on the phone, they said there was nothing they could do because the flight lands in Egypt and not Israel. I said but Egypt is RIGHT NEXT TO Israel and that there are constant air strikes and explosives. They said they cannot do anything. Fix up @easyJet

@easyJet not giving me a refund for a flight I booked to Sharm El Sheikh way before the attacks took place is disgusting. I’ve waited 12 days for a response and not one of them can empathise. @easyJet GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. #PalestineGenocidePeople

when you booked your Egypt holiday with @easyJet before the attacks on Gaza, and now @easyJet won’t give you a refund because it doesn’t count as a “special circumstance” do they seriously not know it’s not safe in Egypt either? Egypt borders are being attacked, no one is safe.
