Something seriously wrong with @Swiggy @zomato ?? Delivery agents seem to be picking up food and running in different directions instead of moving towards address. Leading users to cancel order after 1-1.5 hour. Last 4 of my 5 orders messed up.

2 times delivery agent picked up food and never arrived. Had to cancel the orders.

1 time agent picked up food and arrives after 90 mins, citing jam. While there was no jam, I was also on same route.
