Learn from our mistake and stop buying @AmazonKindle Our account was closed without our authorization and we lost all of my husband's graduate books. Their response, "the account doesn't exist so we can't do anything" @AmazonHelp

Well, I thought out @amazon nightmare was over but it's not. While we were sleeping our account was CLOSED. We don't know who or how. I called and gave an order number, but no account was found. Their solution- create a new acct. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! @AmazonHelp

@amazon One minute I have an Amazon account, and the next I don't. Funny how things work out. And your customer service's only solution was to create a new account.
PS- I called, even gave an order number, but "there is no account". Worst Customer Service! @AmazonHelp

After 20 days of fighting... and after being told by an @amazon supervisor we needed to create a new account AND PAY for a new Prime membership, because not even a code could be provided to waive it.

Well, it took some digging but we got out @amazon Prime account back.@AmazonHelp needs to fix this! Order numbers & credit cards should serve as proof and not an address. Thankfully the internet told us what we needed to know and we were able to get our acct back.

@amazon I used to save for later but I lost all my lost when my account got hacked and I was only suggested to create a new account and pay for my prime membership again! @AmazonHelp

@amazon Used to get a lot of beverages but since my account was hacked on march 6 I haven't been able to. And no, your customer service has not helped in any of the 8 times I have called about this issue. I was only told today to create a new account and pay again for Prime. @AmazonHelp

@AmazonHelp @dranodulin Norm, @amazonhelp I have called the phone number every 48 hours for the past TWO WEEKS. No, I have not received any e-mails from anyone. And yes, we have checked out spam folder. This is getting ridiculous.

@AmazonHelp @dranodulin I'll say one more thing, we've been told that they've tried to make purchases but keep getting declined because we cancelled all of our cards, but they can't do anything because they can't "confirm the account" because we can't provide the correct zip code on file. 🙃

@AmazonHelp @dranodulin No we have not received any email from your Account Specialists. We checked all the folders for the email. We've called multiple times with the same issue since March 6. "24 to 48 hours" is all we've gotten, and last night we were told "2 hours"
