I do wish @britishgas would consider people who are on their system as vulnerable and send letters with telephone numbers on them. Some people do not have access to the Internet!!!

@BritishGasHelp Boiler and gas fire. But I am not doing it online with you right now because that defeats the object of my complaint. Apparently according to your automated there are no humans working today so will need to try and ring again.

@BritishGasHelp I have asked before to stop sending letters without a telephone number to ring. Trying to sort a engineer visit and your automated telephone system is not user friendly for vulnerable people with learning disability. In todays day and age of being inclusive this is not great.
