@BillyOhcom worst CS experience. Online chat said call, CS on phone kept telling me different info about order, told me to email. The only email I had isa no reply email, said she would send me another email. Put me on hold, came back & said "Thank you for calling" & hung up

@StagecoachMCSL 2/2 its very confusing when you see buses coming down Green Lane and no updates anywhere to say the contrary. You would think that everything is back to normal especially as there all other traffic is coming through and also when the 10.16 didn't even appear on the app

@StagecoachMCSL could you check why 16 bus Saltney to Chester not going through Green Lane today? road has been open after flooding and buses going through since yesterday lunch, today they're not. No update anywhere. I've waited 1/2hr for bus only to find out it's not coming

@StagecoachMCSL 1/2 Thanks for getting back. I was looking at the app to check if they were going down Green Lane. 9.47am from Chester to Saltney went down Green Lane through the Road Closed signs. The buses yesterday afternoon were going down Geen Lane both ways through the Road Ckosed signs

@StagecoachMCSL Thanks for getting back. I do use the app to track the buses and its really useful. Most of the time when the 16 is late is because according to the app it doesn't leave the start point of the service until 7am when it it's supposed to leave at 6.54 am and get to my stop at 7am

@StagecoachMCSL could you tell me why the 7am 16 Saltney to Chester is either always late or as today never turns up. Not only does it make me miss my connection so I'm late for work but as a female standing alone on a quiet road in the dark morning it doesn't make me feel safe

@PostOffice Hi. Sorry it was on a list on the DVLA website. The lady I spoke to at the branch said that theyve had people come to the branch thinking the same as me. I'm going to have to apply via paper form as I don't have a passport and am unable to get to a branch that can do renewals

@PostOffice please could you update your website to correct that the Foregate Street post office can't process driving licence renewals because they're not DVLA licenced. Really frustrating that I had a wasted journey this morning. Thanks
