@bphillipsonMP @ukhomeoffice @UKVIgovuk My daughter applied for her UK student visa in July, and 3 months later, she’s still waiting for a decision. Her extended enrolment has expired, and she’s been threatened not to enter the UK or attend NTU without her visa.

She will not be a burden to the economy, she is a legal citizen, is not seeking asylum, has roots in South Africa, will easily acclimate, no criminal record, her extended family is in the UK, no threat of bringing over 100s of family members #UKVI #StudentVisa

@scouts @DwayneFields Both my girls belonged to the scouting movement in South Africa. Moving to the UK my youngest started scouts before she had a place in school! Most of her big friend group are all scouts/explorers and helped get her settled and happy in the UK ⚜️ these are #friendsforlife
