If you're in business, you should take your business VERY seriously.

Meaning, respond to people as fast as possible. Stay on top of communications and client problems. Keep updating your product and service to make it as good as it can get. Don't be a lazy piece of shit. Show up on time, every time.

It is so easy to do these things. People who run their businesses the other way around are disrespectful to themselves and their clients & customers.

It is so easy to win and be successful that you can just do these simple things and outcompete most people in the marketplace who have a similar service / offer.

Problems will always come up, issues will always have to be resolved, but just take your business incredibly seriously and pay attention to it, don't get lazy at the first sign of success or first big direct deposit that hits your account.
