@JetBlue - there was a @Delta flight between the same airports at the same time with the same weather —> they were an hour late and we were 7 hrs late with mechanical troubles. Get your act together!

@JetBlue a little communication would be nice - been in the air for 4 hours on what is normally a 2.5 hour flight. Remaining flight time keeps increasing. Zero communication from flight crew.
Always regret flying @JetBlue. Boarding is chaotic, flight crew is non existent. Been circling LGA for 40 minutes with zero communication. Are we ever taking off?

@Delta 2 days asking to change flight to prevent the rush for inevitable travel waiver-as soon as you post the waiver, still can’t change to new flight. after 60 min wait time to get a human, the one i need is sold out. If only this were preventable 🤷🏻♀️oh wait it was! #Deltafail
