@albert12798 Operator error : miscalibrated tortilla bagger and belt speed caused some tortillas to have indelible markings of partial batch codes. Classification: minor defect, safe for human consumption. Remedy: Adjustment of bagger/belt assembly. Defects found in audit 5/8600. Acceptable.
This is how jeans get distressed. You see the mask, the goggles, and yet, this worker is probably still breathing in enough of those tiny fibers to permanently damage their lungs.
