@CityFibre how can I talk to an actual human? The chatBot can’t help and the service number leads to nothing.
I had broadband installed today but the ASN is not connected on the pole outside. It’s urgent, I’ve paid for a service and no idea when it’ll be sorted.
@FirstBSA You know what would be good? You having an app that actually updates and alerts when this happens.
I have just had to make emergency arrangements for someone to pick my child up from school as I waited at the stop for busses not to turn up. #WorstBus
30 mins in the rain with my child, I activate my ticket for the bus to then tell me it’s full as it approaches. Next bus doesn’t come within the ten minutes so I have to buy another ticket.
@FirstBSA please change the fact that tickets expire within 10 mins. Just have them expire when used!
It’s clearly just to make money, like everything you do whilst providing a poor service.

@FirstBSA why do I pay so much money for such a terrible and unreliable service? Yet again having to pay for a taxi to take my child to school because buses don’t turn up and your ‘live’ app is wrong.
I rely on this, and so do many others to get to work/kids to school on time.
