Hi @FirstNorwich, good to see nothing changes as the new academic year begins. 10% hike in the price of a bus pass but my son is still late for his induction because you can't be bothered to actually run any buses. Daylight robbery #worstbus.

Pathetic bus service @zingbus We took the bus from Indore to Jaipur yesterday evening. And they are carrying transport business from passanger buses. Tyres bursted due to overload. AC not working at all. Bus number GJ18AZ6565 @GUJRATRANSPORT #boycottZINGbus #worstbus

What is the point of having an app with “live” updates if those promised buses do not exist? Two canx buses in a row - 2nd one showing as due until it disappeared from the page. @FirstBusnews #worstbus #bristol appalling & overpriced and usually late if you send the bus at all
