@ajhoward121 @PoPville @311DCgov We called @311DCgov and they told us to call Verizon. Not very helpful. Tried to escalate with Verizon but they said we can escalate only if the tech doesn't come tomorrow. Sighs.

@PoPville this utility pole in our alley cracked. Called Verizon but they dont come out til tomorrow. Any advice on how to escalate? I'm worried it will fall down today and damage property or hurt someone.

@lyft I just got into a Lyft and the Drivers App never gave him an option that I was picked up. He drove around for 3 blocks and then I had to get out, cancel the ride, and get another Lyft! Please revert the cancel charge against my account!

@andrewstepner It depends on what a movie is meant to do. Some movies I think are good if they make you think and challenge you. That's what I meant by haunting; I couldn't stop thinking about it. Other movies are just pure entertainment.

@andrewstepner In some ways I found it hard to watch but it also haunted me for days afterwards. Which I think makes it a good movie. Same way I felt after watching Do The Right Thing
