@mcdonellaussie@7f9bddb86ebe457 Yes you need them in your squad. You can get them for 150k-250k, don’t need to spend 450-750k on mediocre inside mid injury depth
@1974keg@TigerSpur17@7f9bddb86ebe457 They’re talking about huge deal for Lalor plus biggest deal in the league for Butters. Butters might not get to us but think they’re hoping to do a salary dump or two if he does. No one would want Hopper though, not even best 23 for us
@FootyLock6@JChall22@PatrickRyen@Bombers_Boss In game injuries did hurt extra to make it even overall as you can’t replace them and go down on rotations and squad balance. But to get outplayed in probably 3/4 quarters (had a good third) against Richmond on overall even terms is sad
@FootyLock6@JChall22@PatrickRyen@Bombers_Boss Prestia, Nankervis, McAuliffe, Mansell, Lalor, Hotton, Brown, Banks and 1 of Gibcus or Gray, maybe Armstrong = 9-10 even without including Clarke/Ralphsmith/Rioli/Smillie/Sims. Essendon I should have had at 6 as I’d include Martin. I think I missed Sharp before. 3-4 gap then
@JChall22@PatrickRyen@Bombers_Boss@FootyLock6 I’d say Richmond had 5 more best 20 players at the club out than Essendon before first bounce. Only 3 more after you include in-game injuries as I’m not counting Caldwell given he played on and not counting Guelfi as a best 20 player these days
@mikeyy__g You clown. I don’t like Kelli’s commentating but at least she had both Ross and Taranto in the votes. Would have been pretty much perfect if Short was in for Parish
@BomberRicko@JontyRalphsmith@Rightfootnana Parish jumped on a kids back half an hour after the whistle inciting a fight when Richmond were flat. Gave Richmond the spark they needed to win, glad he played as Tigers probably lose otherwise. Worthy of being considered Richmond’s best
@JoshJenkins24 Chad isn’t as elite as Heeney’s good days even on his absolute best days but tempting to tag him to 6-12 touches and some frustrated frees against and 50’s, because it’s doable
