I was recently asked how I dilute epinephrine to give IV for slow/no reflow.

I think the quickest way in the lab is 1cc from amp of epi (1mg/cc) in a 10cc syringe and add 9cc of saline.

Then squirt out 9cc of the mixture & add 9cc of saline.

Final: 10cc of 10ug/cc

2) clockwise or counter rotate

If things got worse, reverse whatever you just did

If better, keep going

If the same, but you didn’t accomplish your goal, try something different
