Bull case on $SNDK

2026 EPS $100-120/sh (5.5x PE) - NAND

2027 EPS $150-200/sh (3.5x PE) - NAND

2028 EPS $300/sh (2.2x PE) - NAND + HBF

Most are expecting cyclicality but with new key product launches like HBF being integrated into SK / Nvidia GPUs. Once the market realizes there is lower cyclicality than expected the market will re-rate $SNDK to 20-30x PE. Beyond this, most of their memory peers are producing in China. As national security and global tensions continue to become a priority with AI supply chain, Kioxia which produces Sandisk NAND in Japan looks to be the optimal place for neutrality.

Nvidia and others will continue to make supply chain decisions which are US national security aligned, thus Sandisk will win as an American company.

Sandisk will hit $3000/sh within the next 18M.
