But this man is still shamelessly clinging to his chair, and the BJP top leadership is defending him by transferring officers. This is one of the lowest points for the BJP.
An overbridge built at a cost of 26Crores in Bihar developed structural damage within 4 days of inauguration!
Is it incompetence or corruption?
Is it a problem of Bihar, or of BJP govts?

An astounding Badminton tournament between Indian Judges & Lawyers is being sponsored in London today by the Law Ministry! Other sponsors are various corporates. Inaugurated by the CJI & Law Minister!~150 judges & lawyers are participating!
What happened to PM’s call for austerity?
What of the code of conduct for Judges?
What of the Independence of the judiciary?
Abominable!

Why do we even bother to host climate and environment conferences or spend on the ministries of forest and environment any more?
Let’s just stop the pretence that the government even cares of any of it.
After ruining our cities with proposals to hack millions of trees for builders and contractors, here the government is now giving permissions to mine in tiger corridors.
I have written to the Chief Minister @Dev_Fadnavis Ji demanding a high-level enquiry into the shocking restriction of public access to the BKC City Park by MMRDA officials.
A public park built and maintained using taxpayers’ money cannot be converted into a private recreational space for a select group of bureaucrats and their families.
Those responsible for using public funds for the maintenance and upkeep of a garden that is being used exclusively by families of a few officials must be suspended immediately pending enquiry.
Public land belongs to the public.
As an Indian, do you know that Modi has an entire 24/7 grooming and image-management team hired from abroad, including stylists and beauticians from Italy and the West.? The monthly expense reportedly crosses ₹10 crore. Is such extravagant spending on optics justified?
Mark my words, No matter how many paper leaks happen or system faults in education dept occur, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will not resign.
Because Accountability died in 2014.
I am a CBSE Class 12 student.
After receiving unexpectedly low marks in Physics, we applied for photocopies of my answer sheets through the CBSE reevaluation process.
Today we received the copies.
And I am shattered because the Physics answer sheet uploaded by CBSE is not mine
The year was 1985. Gorbachev had just been elected. The world didn’t know yet if this meant the end the cold war.
PM Rajiv Gandhi lands in the United States. Still just 40. Only 7 months into office. Critics barking at his door. He faced a US government deeply suspicious of Indo Soviet ties, an American public, contemptuous of socialism and a belligerent press.
Then Rajiv Gandhi did something very rare for a global press event. He took on the world’s press. Completely unscripted. When he was done he had changed the dynamic forever. He gave the world a new modern dynamic India, unafraid of the geopolitical transition the world was in. An India, the world had not seen before. A masterclass in diplomacy - read and be astounded-
Question : Mr. Prime Minister, India claims to be non-aligned, yet your first official trip abroad was to the Soviet Union, and you have consistently supported their positions. Isn't India actually tilted heavily towards Moscow..??
Rajiv Gandhi : We will not be tied to the apron strings of any major power. We do not lean left or right. India always stands up straight. We look at things on their merits. Our friendship with the Soviet Union is time tested. They have stood by us in times of need. But I don't think our friendship with one country should be at the cost of friendship with another.
Question: India has already detonated a nuclear device in 1974. With Pakistan reportedly developing a bomb, can you tell us plainly, does India currently have nuclear weapons, or are you secretly building one..??
Rajiv Gandhi : We do not have a nuclear bomb. We have no intention of making a nuclear bomb. We are a peaceful nation. But let me also make it clear that if we are forced into a corner, and if our security is threatened by a nuclear neighbor, we will have to rethink our options. But we hope it never comes to that point.
Question : India is a poor country that relies heavily on foreign aid. Yet, your government spends vast amounts of money on heavy military equipment and defense. How do you justify this to your citizens..??
Rajiv Gandhi : We do not want to spend a single paisa on defense that could otherwise go into building a school, a hospital, or a road. But look at our neighborhood. When highly sophisticated weapons, far beyond the legitimate defense needs of a country, are pumped into our region, we have no choice but to protect our borders. Security cannot be compromised for development, because without security, there is no development.
Question: In light of the horrific Union Carbide chemical disaster in Bhopal just a few months ago, do you feel American corporations cannot be trusted, and will this hurt US investments in India..??
Rajiv Gandhi : Bhopal was a terrible tragedy, and it showed a gross disregard for safety standards that would never be permitted even in the United States. There must be equal responsibility and accountability for human lives, whether in America or in India. However, this does not mean India is closing its doors to foreign technology. We want American technology and investments, but we also want corporations that respect our laws and our people.
Question : Did you bring any message to Washington from Palestine Liberation Organization leader Yasser Arafat.
Rajiv Gandhi : No, we have not brought any message from Arafat or anyone else. We try not to be messengers." PERIOD
A woman on my flight yesterday switched seats with her husband because their toddler wouldn’t stop crying.
The second she sat down alone, she closed her eyes for maybe 30 seconds.
Just resting.
Not sleeping.
When the husband walked past with the kid later, he laughed and said loudly,
“Must be nice to finally get a break from doing nothing.”
A few people chuckled.
She laughed too.
But something about it felt off because for the entire flight she had been:
holding the baby,
packing snacks,
cleaning spills,
walking him down the aisle,
missing her own meal trying to calm him down…
while the husband watched a movie with headphones on.
And honestly I think that’s why so many women are exhausted.
Not because they’re doing everything alone.
But because they’re doing everything while someone else calls it “nothing.”
> Bro became GM at Water Supply board
> Owns 18 acres of Land, 14 gated Flats
> Own Rs 100 Crores assets
> Spent Rs 34 Crores on daughter's wedding
All these with an average salary of Rs 80,000. Imagine the level of JOKE on taxpayers.
Here are a few important questions for Mr. Nitin Gadkari,
journalists may take note:
•Why do so many newly built national highways begin deteriorating within months? If India is spending massive public money on road infrastructure, why are potholes and poor construction quality still so common?
•As the Highway Minister, in what official capacity were you aggressively promoting ethanol when your son’s company was reportedly linked to ethanol-related business interests? Why should there not be an independent conflict-of-interest investigation into this?
•You frequently speak about India’s energy security, so why was your focus disproportionately on ethanol instead of genuinely green and efficient alternatives like green hydrogen ?
•Ethanol production in India heavily depends on sugarcane, a highly water-intensive crop. At a time when groundwater levels are collapsing across many states, how do you justify promoting a fuel ecosystem built around such unsustainable agricultural practices?
•What exactly is the financial innovation behind your highway model? Isn’t it largely dependent on continuously increasing tolls, extending toll collection beyond justified timelines, and placing multiple toll booths within short distances?
•Why are commuters still paying tolls on stretches where the construction cost has already been recovered? Who audits these toll extensions, and where is the transparency?
•If the core model is simply borrowing money, building roads, and extracting toll revenue from citizens, why is this presented as extraordinary economic innovation rather than routine revenue collection?
