Maybe they shouldn’t have, but they did and reforms that ⬇️ home prices would likely create a political force of nature preventing that from happening.

Canadian mortgages are more regulated than American but we cannot forget 2008 crisis.

These generally involve a process validated in advance by stakeholders with input from subject matter experts. And the thing about rights is that they aren’t privileges. They are immutable and not dependent on your comfort with mail-in ballots, which have been used for decades without any material issues.
