There’s zero incentive of the shareholder of the instrument sitting at par. If I bought at 80 and it hits 100, cool I gained principal. But you guys should figure out an incentive of the shareholder to keep it at par. Who knows, holders on dividend day and if the instruments at par get _ increase, rather than the flat up 12%
