I hope they give us exams, for JUNE, not something ridiculous like April or May. I'm still revising all the content and I don't find it realistic that many of us will be exam-ready if they drop a bomb-shell that we're going to have exams in 1-2 months from announcement. @ofqual
@leahrebecca0@ofqual If you agree this is fair, then please share it. If TAGS is the route, it must reflect fairness and equality and align with the treatment of the rest of the cohort.
@ofqual listen up. Private candidates have no idea wtf we are doing. It is NOT okay to give us exams or 'assessments' in MARCH/APRIL. WE ARE NOT READY, YOU'VE DRAGGED US THROUGH HELL ALREADY WITH ALLL THIS WAITING. At this point, non-exam material is the only material I care for.
Did @ofqual not say they will manage the costs this year? So why do I hear centres pushing their prices into the range of £2500+ during a pandemic where many students and families surely can’t afford it. Why isn’t the Govt funding these centres. It’s the LEAST they could do..
@jvriv @PearsonEdexcel I contacted a few centres and they all had such different responses, why can’t they just have one set rule set by exam boards and provide same papers for everyone🙄. Some said past papers too and some said some form of exams but didn’t have details of what they would be.
