@MyNykaa when the item has not been shipped and a customer asks for cancellation why do you make a 100 excuses to not do it ! Plus your Custoner care makes highly inconsistent remarks every time you speak to them ! So frustrating

@Nidhi And the injuries have been serious not minor, deep injuries in the spinal cord is not minor.They are all thankful that they landed alive but the misery of the passengers cannot and should not be erased and the airline should be help accountable.

@Nidhi @Nidhi it’s not about blaming the pilots for tithe turbulence but why didn’t he land in lko where the injured could get quick treatment, I had a friend on that flight and they had to wait for hours before they could even be treated in the hospital in delhi!
