Hot off the Press: Happy to share our recent research article “Early Oldowan technology thrived during Pliocene environmental change in the Turkana Basin, Kenya | Nature Communications https://t.co/5ijIfMOC3Q
This was a tough field location-- it took a lot out of us-- but it was worth it! We documented 300k years of continuous, stable tool tradition at this site in the Turkana Basin of northern Kenya.
