I walked myself to the immigration officer who helped me and said yes my visa is approved whereas Etihad kept telling me it was not!! I even came back to take my bags they said it’s not approved. So Etihad sort your airlines

Your ground staff at Abu Dhabi are horrible. Offer no help at all.
Flight from Nairobi to Abu Dhabi were not even upto standards.
