For many years, apartment owners have called for a new law that better addresses their needs relating to ownership, governance, and management. Our Government has taken note of these citizen demands.

Under the guidance of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri D. K. Shivakumar, the Government has prepared a draft Bill. Before taking it forward, we would like to seek the views and suggestions of all stakeholders.

Accordingly, a stakeholder consultation has been scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 15 July, at conference hall of Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium. The Hon’ble Chief Minister will be present at the consultation.

We invite you to participate and share your suggestions to help shape this important legislation.

ಅದರಂತೆ, ಜುಲೈ 15ರ ಬುಧವಾರದಂದು ಪೂರ್ವಾಹ್ನ 11:00 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಜವಾಹರಲಾಲ್ ನೆಹರು ತಾರಾಲಯದ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲುದಾರರ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನಾ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿರಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಶಾಸನವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಲು, ನೀವು ಈ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

Bengaluru Metro: A passenger jumped onto the track area at Rajajinagar Metro station at around 12:25pm on July 4.
