We are the Government Affairs team at the Pennsylvania Restaurant & Lodging Association, advocating for the hospitality industry at the state and local level.
Such a disappointing decision from PA Supreme Court. After meeting with @FairDistrictsPA Districts three separate times to have them tell me how important a citizen map is to the redistricting process, I have concern - and now doubt - that they were ever meeting in good faith.
Please join us in welcoming Lauren Brinjac to the PRLA team as Sr. Director of Government Affairs. Lauren's 15+ years of experience in gov't affairs & established presence in Harrisburg make her a significant asset to PRLA's government affairs team. More: https://t.co/aUFtj2oWmc

"In order for this promise to work, we are urging both businesses and guests to do their part, which includes proper sanitization and mask wearing. It took hard work and cooperation to get to the green phase, and we all want to be able to safely stay in the green." - @PRLACEO
PRLA recognizes that safety is a primary concern of operators, employees, and guests, which is why we established the PA Restaurant Promise, a voluntary commitment that restaurants can make to ensure safety for guests and employees. Visit https://t.co/IiV5rdH7rd to get started.

Thank you @RepPerryWarren, Rep. Kurt Masser, & all involved for working quickly on this legislation to help our struggling industry. We urge the Governor to usher this bill over the finish line just as quickly. @prlaorg
The passage of this bill is great news for Pennsylvania’s restaurant industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. It enables our local restaurants selling food, beer and wine to add another product for curbside pickup and takeout during this crisis.

@SenatorHughes bill would eliminate a roadblock for businesses to collect on the policies they've paid for, which would provide a lifeline to more than just that business.
