@SingaporeAir SIX pieces of baggage NOT traced after 36 hours! 5 of us flew from Kolkata to Singapore on SQ, and then had a connecting flight on the same itinerary to Chiang Mai on Scoot - No luggage arrived. The only update from after 36 hours is - “we are still tracing”.

@SingaporeAir We’ve been in touch with the local ground staff of Scoot at Chiang Mai, and with SQ lost and found hotline at 62244243. The only response we receive is “still being traced, we need up to 7 days”. We have filed a Property Irregularity Report with Scoot under Abhishek Modi.

3. There should only be 3 scenarios - A. Luggage in Kolkata, B. Luggage in Singapore, C. Luggage rerouted to another destination. In all 3 - the luggage should be at some destination unclaimed -> SQ staff should have reported the same -> resulting in luggage being tracked 🤔

2. With so much technology, and all luggages being tagged, it’s shocking that such a large international airline is unable to locate SIX pieces of luggage gone MISSING.

Shocking how Citi is handling a fraud transaction on my CC.

Called 4 times in 2 weeks - no update, no call back, no temporary refund (as promised). Only on my 2nd call did they realise that the report had been incorrectly filed in the first place!
