Statistician with a hint of mathematical sense. Senior Statistician working on early-phase and adaptive clinical trials at @ICR_London . This is probably a Lai.
@CatchTwentyToo Hi Kristian, I came across your excellent R `escalation` package and have a few questions about it. Slip me a DM when you see this. Thanks!
@dav_aug explained his ongoing work on inferencing nonlinear mixed effect model on snapshots of time series data by fitting Gaussian filter at each time points during the cancer progression
Listened to two great talks on using spatial features for model inferencing: Tom Thorne presented his work with @pauldwkirk on using topological features on inferencing an angiogenesis model. Heikki Haario talked about inferencing stationary pattern with Gaussian feature vectors
I'm at @OxUniMaths attending the Inference in mathematical biology conference for the next two days. I'll be presenting our work on using ABC method to inference a complex breast cancer maths model at the poster session. @AlvaroKohn @freeges @henri_pesonen
Excited to present our work on 3D Facial Expression Synthesis at Eurographics 2020: https://t.co/a2XSpDjnzI
The presentation will be at 9:20am (GMT+2) on 27th May 2020 on https://t.co/5ZbKzX6n3W
We are honored to receive the 2019 prize for transdisciplinary publication of the year awarded by @DigitaltLiv https://t.co/ZgdFz6sHNI Thanks to the committee and to all fantastic collaborators from at least 6 disciplines @Vesselinka @freeges @probablyLai@utropstegn@SimonFunke
"We will use computers more than laboratories, and we will use partnerships far more than before" @NovartisUK presenting their move to White City Campus #oslolifescience
Listening to @ECMWF 's research on reducing precision in weather models to increase resolution of ensemble forecast. Would be interesting to see if it is also applicable in cancer simulation models @AlvaroKohn#isc2019
