Recommended weekly activity plan from folks like Peter Attia and Andrew Huberman: Strength train x 3 week; Zone 2 training x 3 week; HIIT at least twice; and make sure to rest at least 2 days week, itβs really important.π€π
@GergelyOrosz Spend about 25% of my time coding, but I only have three directs. When I stopped coding altogether I felt too far removed from the work to be able to offer support. I can imagine if I had 5+ directs it would be a lot more difficult to be as hands on.
