When I was younger I took a lot of vitamins for my health
I always took 2 more than the required daily dose. JUST IN CASE!
I have always believed that spiritual health is just as important.
That half hour of sleep I gave up to read and pray, was worth it.

It is false teaching not theology that is the problem with those who think they can sin all they want and not be held accountable. Your scriptures are dead on and we all still have the sin nature until we die and receive our new bodies but to sin deliberately willfully probably
