AN OPEN LETTER TO HIS EXCELLENCY,
PRESIDENT BOLA AHMED TINUBU

President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Dear @officialABAT sir,

I write this letter with the deepest respect, humility and patriotic concern for our great nation Nigeria.

Sir, I want to begin by acknowledging your intellectual approach to governance. It is evident that you bring a wealth of experience, strategic thinking and a vision for Nigeria’s transformation to the highest office in our land. For this I am genuinely grateful and I commend your efforts.

However, Your Excellency, I write today because Nigeria is bleeding. The rising wave of insecurity across our nation has become a wound that grows deeper by the day and as a humble citizen I feel a deep responsibility to speak up. The lives of ordinary Nigerians are being lost, communities are being displaced and fear has become a constant companion for millions of our people. This is a havoc that no sitting government can afford to allow to continue unchecked.

Sir, I still have confidence in you. I believe in your capacity to turn things around. I understand that Rome was not built in a day and that the challenges Nigeria faces today are the accumulation of decades of misgovernance, structural decay and institutional failure. I understand that restoration is a process and not an event.

But Your Excellency, the insecurity situation demands urgent attention. Lives cannot wait for processes. If there are complexities surrounding this issue that the government is navigating, I humbly plead that Nigerians be carried along. Transparency in this moment will not weaken your administration. It will strengthen the trust and solidarity of the people behind you.

Sir, please find a solution before it is too late. Before more mothers lose their children. Before more families are displaced. Before more communities are silenced by terror. The window of opportunity to act decisively is now.

I remain your humble citizen, a young Nigerian who still believes in the possibility of a greater Nigeria and one who looks up to you as a role model and a man of history. I pray that God grants you the wisdom, courage and divine strength to lead Nigeria through this moment and into the future we all deserve.

God bless you sir. God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria. 🇳🇬🙏

My last semester results came out yesterday. Not what I hoped for, but ALHAMDULILAH 5 A’s & 2 B’s and my CGPA moved from 4.49 to 4.51. I still have one more semester to push it even higher.

I’m just putting this out here to keep track of my academic journey, & coz I’m serious about my goal of studying abroad scholarships one day🙏❤️

Following the incident on Saturday during the student protest at OOU, which led to injuries and unrest, I returned to campus as an alumnus and former student leader to support ongoing engagements and ensure students’ concerns were properly represented.

Earlier this morning, there was a reported robbery incident at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ifo, Ogun State, around 12:00 a.m.

In response, students organized a peaceful protest to express their concerns over safety. .

However, the situation later escalated as some members of the host community reportedly hijacked the protest, leading to unrest.

It was also reported that about 12 mobile phones and power banks were taken during the incident in the middle of the night.
