Status of education-
Foundation stage - Most of the teachers are not qualified
Middle and Secondary stage- worried for the board exam. This worry strongly transferred to students and parents. No social life, no play.
College- 5 years keeping teachers busy with NAAC.

Agreed with Ms. Sudha Murthy but my experience is trainer needs to be knowledgeable and have skills to transform the teachers. For foundation years every year training is must because this stage is critical and knowledge of this stage is dynamic.

Just a thought. All minority institution should have medium of instruction the same language. Those who got Tamil minority they should have medium of instruction Tamil so it will not look they got this status for wasted interest but they believe in that culture.
