Case 1: student claim

NEET candidate Abhay Yadav says he was expecting 634 marks based on the official answer key, but his result shows only 164 marks . According to him, he left just 5 questions unanswered in the OMR sheet, but the result says 45 questions were left. (1/n)

Something amazing happened two days ago - Whenever I point out some instance of mismanagement, looting or serious inefficiency in the actions and inactions of the officials in @tnhrcedept - they keep silent - They never respond to any of them - to use an adage - "they keep silent like a Thief stung by a Scorpion"

I posted a tweet on X three days ago stating that the auditors from @tnhrcedept had pointed out that one industrialist had willed property worth Rs. 1000.00 Crores to Sri Dhandayuthapani Swamy Temple, Pazhani and the will was received by the Commissioner on 03.10.2023 who forwards it to the Joint Commissioner, Madurai on 24.01.2004 and subsequently was sent to 30.04.2004 for further action.

The auditors had recorded in the said audit report of the temple for the years 2010 and 2011, that no action was taken for 9 years.

This is exactly what I had mentioned in my tweet and I had requested Hon'ble Minister for @tnhrcedept to cause an investigation into the matter including the veracity of the will.

The next day a press release was issued by Pazhani "Temple Administration" stating that I am spreading "slanderous" (அவதூறு) campaign against the administration and the said press release had "requested public and Muruhan devotees not to believe my post".

Today I have issued an audio rejoinder to this "press release" (P.R.) - I also wish to point out the inconsistencies in the press release:

1. The P.R. failed to mention that I had posted copies of the audit report pages which stated much more than what I had stated in my post.

2. The P. R. failed to mention that the Commissioner who received the will did not take any action on it.

3. The P.R. failed to mention that the temple administration and the @tnhrcedept did NOT investigate why the will was cancelled. Was the cancellation genuine? Did Shri Chandran inform in writing to the temple administration about the cancellation?

4. The P.R. says the will was cancelled. The P.R. also says the will come into force after Shri Chandran's Time. Is this not seriously contradictory?

5. If I have spread slander (அவதூறு) what about the internal auditors of the @tnhrcedept who recorded much more than what I had stated in my Twitter post in the audit report of 2010-2011 regarding this will of Rs. 1000 Crores worth of properties?

6. Will you take appropriate action (தக்க நடவடிக்கை) on the auditors also?

7. What is the status of this audit objection recorded in 2010-2011 audit report? Has it been "RECTIFIED" as per Section 90 of the TN HR&CE Act, 1959? Or have you "dropped" it or "settled" it as you usually do by a fraudulent process called "Joint Sitting"?

8. There are two Press Releases issued by "Temple Administration" on the same date - In one there is picture of 5 persons without naming anyone in the picture. There is another Press Release where one person - the last person on the left hand side - is "removed" - This is intriguing 🙄

Question - What happened between the Delhi Police and students?

Sub Inspector Rekha Sharma - We have only taken action against those who were creating riots. 18 of our police officers were injured in stone pelting. A female inspector, who is four months pregnant was hit by a stone in her stomach. She is now receiving medical attention. If something happens to her baby, will Abhijeet Dipke pay for it?

There are girls there. When male officers calmly ask them not to come forward, they still keep pushing. Then they accuse the male officers of touching them inappropriately. So we have deployed female officers in the front so that they cannot play this victim card. Because of CJP and its members, this peaceful night protest has turned into a fight between the Delhi Police and normal students. Howcome the same delhi police who was protecting your protest in last 1 month, Will now think to hurt you? One innocent student is surrounded by five goons.

The way they have been inciting mainly is by hijacking SM platforms with their planted employees and account farms to change the perceptions of people in India. All other channels have been made harder over the years by GoI.

I wish the use of SM platforms be taken more seriously. And at this late stage, I want to point out, it doesn't matter India also creates its own network to counter SM narratives or millions like us do it for the country.

The SM platforms themselves are promoting certain narratives and suppressing others allegedly due to the kind of people running them in different capacities. Hence unless India starts dealing with SM platforms directly it may be a herculean task.

And the first step to that is instituting a cell that monitors, researches, analyzes SM algos, and also collects from public reports (like EU does with mandatory tool provided by SM companies under every post) to create actionable reports and intel to act on.

A close friend of mine took up a one-month teaching contract in Kochi, and what should have been a professional opportunity has become an emotionally exhausting experience for her.

She has struggled to find vegetarian food that suits her preferences. I honestly didn't believe her at first when she complained, until I opened multiple food delivery apps myself to order something for her. Only then did I realize how difficult she was finding it.

She also says she has been mocked by colleagues for wearing traditional Indian attire, a salwar suit, bindi, and kumkum. No one should be ridiculed for choosing to dress according to their culture or faith. That is unacceptable in any workplace.

What disturbed me even more is that she has repeatedly been invited to attend church services after being asked personal questions such as,
"How is your family treating you?", "Do you have any loans?",
and "Is everything okay back home?"

She felt these conversations were attempts to persuade her to convert, and that made her deeply uncomfortable. Every individual has the right to practise their own religion without being pressured in any direction.

Unfortunately for anyone who underestimated her convictions, she spent three years serving our Guru at one of the most revered Panchabhuta Sthalas, where she was treated like a granddaughter. She is deeply rooted in her faith, practises Devi Sadhana, and spends every weekend visiting temples wherever she goes.

She has just ten more days left before she returns home, and I genuinely hope those days pass peacefully.

These Religions are infesting our country from within, they have already taken Pakistan and Bangladesh and it is still not enough.
If you think your interfaith friend is secular, think twice..

No Hindu should ever feel isolated, mocked for their traditions, or pressured over their faith while simply trying to do their job. Respecting another person's beliefs is not optional, it is the minimum expected in a civil society.

As soon as the police took Sonam Wangchuk from the CJP protest to the hospital, Rajdeep Sardesai immediately came out to push his propaganda.

He is saying that in 2011, when Baba Ramdev launched his protest, Congress minister Pranab Mukherjee went to receive him, while the current government is completely silent and not responding to the CJP protest.

But Rajdeep Sardesai will not tell you that during the same 2011 protest, it was the Congress government that ordered a midnight lathi charge on Baba Ramdev, forcing him to flee to save his life.

Shameless Rajdeep Sardesai never misses a chance to push his propaganda.

Let me explain what this whole fight is about, because it is very different from what the tweet by the Japanese official makes it sound like.

Back in 2015, India and Japan signed the Mumbai to Ahmedabad bullet train deal. 508 km.

India would use Japan's Shinkansen trains and Shinkansen technology. Japan put up a massive soft loan, covering most of the cost, at almost no interest, 0.1 percent, to be repaid over 50 years.

On paper it sounded amazing. Cheap money, world class trains.

But every such loan has a catch. Cheap Japanese money came tied to buying Japanese things.

Their trains. Their coaches. Their signal system. Their price, largely on their terms. That is normal. No country lends billions out of pure love. They lend to sell their own industry.

Then two things went wrong, and this is where his anger comes from.

One, the price.

The Japanese Shinkansen trainsets turned out to be extremely expensive. India felt it was being overcharged for the rolling stock. So, talks hit a wall.

Two, the timeline.

The newest Japanese trains, the E10 series, would reportedly only be ready for India around 2032. India did not want to sit on a finished 1.08 lakh crore track with no trains to run on it.

So India made a call. And this is the part I am proud of.

Instead of waiting and overpaying, India decided to run its own trains first. BEML in Bengaluru got an order to build indigenous high speed trainsets at about 866 crore each, designed to run at 280 kmph.

India will open the line with Indian made trains on the Surat to Vapi stretch around 2027, and bring in the Japanese Shinkansen later.

And the signal system, the thing he is bitter about, India switched from Japan's DS-ATC to the European ETCS Level 2 system.

The same family already used on the Delhi Meerut rapid rail. That is what he means by Japan being excluded from the signal system. India looked at the Japanese option, found it too costly and too slow, and picked a different one.

Now let me be fair, because I cannot be blind just because I am pro India.

He is not lying about everything.

India is genuinely a tough, frustrating negotiator. We change our mind. We push for our own interest till the last minute. We renegotiate things others thought were settled.

To a Japanese official raised on politeness and fixed agreements, this feels like betrayal.

But flip it around and look at it from our seat.

Our job is not to protect Japanese honour. Our job is to get India a bullet train at a fair price, that runs soon, and that builds Indian factories in the process.

On all three, changing course was the right call. Waiting till 2032 and overpaying for imported trains would have been the polite choice. It would also have been the stupid choice.

There is a bigger thing hiding under his frustration, and I think it is the real reason for the anger.

For decades, the deal was simple. Rich countries gave loans and technology, and poorer countries said thank you and bought whatever came bundled with it.

You took the money, you took their trains, you did not argue.

India argued. India took the loan, then insisted on its own trains, its own signal system, its own factories getting the work. We used their money to build our capability instead of just renting theirs.

That is what stings them. Not that we were reckless. That we refused to stay the junior partner in our own project.

I will give the Japanese side genuine credit.

Their engineering is world class. In 60 years, the Shinkansen has never had a passenger death from a derailment or collision.

That safety record is worth respecting. Their frustration with our chaos is also probably fair on a human level. Working with India can be maddening. Anyone who has managed an Indian project knows this.

For me, the real issue is what’s in it for our country.

India has the track. India is building its own trains for it. India picked its own signal system.

India got a 50 year loan at almost zero interest. And India will still get the Shinkansen later, on better terms than the original bundle.

If that is what Indian recklessness produces, I will take it every single time.

Be tough. Be a nightmare to negotiate with. Just make sure the country wins at the end of it. :)
