@United_Africana Just like any muscle ab workouts will build the muscle but it takes lowering your bmi to clearly see them. just like someone who has a high bmi and lifts consistently for example you can see developed triceps, traps, shoulders, etc but just not popping out

@LASHYBILLS I would tie 1&4 together… basically means for her to initiate. When a man becomes the only one to initiate after a while we either go into a sunken place or look for “initiation” elsewhere. Everyone wants to feel wanted to some extent

4-12 is a wide range and too many sets. Failing from fatigue instead of muscle failure
Heavy compound lifts (incline, flat, decline press) I aim for 5-7 reps for 2 twice/wk
Isolate with flys 8-10 reps
@toylan20 the amount that most efficiently stimulates muscle protein synthesis is usually around 30–40 grams per meal… the excess is not totally wasted but doesn’t necessarily “feed the muscles”
Space it out throughout the day to get the most bang for your buck (literally) $$$
