The @USARugby Men's National Team has made history twice this season. However, their victorious undefeated run hasn't been about luck, it's about intricate, skillful preparation 👀📊

Champions stretch themselves. They have an inner voice aligned with excellence and they demand effortful, focused training week in, week out. But champions also support themselves. They know when to turn down the volume of noise to allow their brain & body to rest, to recuperate!
The worst thing footballers can do is to assume they're working hard enough. The opposition is always working harder. The opposition is always working smarter. While you make assumptions, the opposition is getting stronger, quicker, smarter, better...
A day we thought we might never see...
Happy 110th Birthday to Hartlepool United and thank you to everyone who has supported us, not just in the past year but throughout our history.

Great footballers carry on. It's that simple! They miss, they carry on. They concede, they carry on. They make a mistake, they carry on. They score, they carry on. They lose a personal battle, they carry on. This is what they aspire to...sounds simple...devilishly difficult to do
So when I was 11 years old, I was told by the FA I couldn’t play in my local team anymore...
because I was a girl.
So at 12 my parents ended up driving me 60 miles to and from @SAFCLadies .. all because I wanted to play football.
(Thank you Mum & Dad)
